At eAhora, we want you to love your electric bike. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return your eAhora electric bike within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in like-new condition

  • It is returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tools included

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

Please note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label (when applicable). Please do not send items back without authorization, as this may affect your eligibility for a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If your bike arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the damage or defect

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending replacement parts or a full product exchange.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you would like a different model or color, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used bikes

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Bikes damaged by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
